Filmed in a feature documentary style with state-of-the-art film cameras, the new Alpha Series invites viewers to question, reflect and explore through real-life stories and expert insight.
The new hosts – Jesse Fellingham and Xenia James – explore faith through podcast-style unscripted conversation, alongside cinematic montages, animation, pop-culture footage, and core theological teaching from Nicky Gumbel and Stephen Foster.
The series consists of 15 episodes, each under one hour.

Alpha is once again partnering with the makers of the new Alpha Youth Series and the Chinese Alpha Series. Signal Flare is an award-winning production house, producing content for HBO and Netflix with a heart to bring light to dark places through innovative, impactful, and meaningful storytelling. With original Alpha content written by Nicky Gumbel, the new Alpha Series is directed by Steve Chao (Signal Flare) with Executive Producers Dan Stewart (Good Stewart Pictures) and Al Gordon (SAINT, Renaissance).
