Yes! Thanks to our generous donors, Life Essentials is free to access on AlphaOne.

Who is Life Essentials for?

Life Essentials is created for young people who are open to discussions about faith and life, and may not yet be ready for the full Alpha Youth Series.

I'm under 18. Can I run Life Essentials for my friends?

The new Life Essentials series has been specifically designed to empower young people to help their friends engage with big questions about life. It’s important to create an atmosphere where young people are comfortable and able to express themselves. If you are a young person running a course for your friends, it’s important to have a responsible adult involved to help facilitate a safe environment. This could be a parent or guardian, teacher, your youth leader, or church pastor.
