What is SPHERES?
SPHERES is an uprising of young Australians in grades 10-12 who are passionate about making a difference in their school.
At SPHERES, you’ll gather with hundreds of young people just like you, who believe their years at school are a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to impact their friends, shape culture, and make Jesus known. For four days, you’ll be immersed in worship, teaching, and training that will ignite your faith and equip you to share it.
Those four days are the spark that lights a fire, a community and culture that continues on, encouraging you to live out your faith, lead in your school, and see God move in your sphere of influence.
SPHERES is best experienced in a group! Bringing peers along means you get to step into the journey together, encourage each other, and multiply the impact back home. Youth leaders, chaplains, and teachers, we want you to come too, so you can walk alongside your students at SPHERES and be equipped to keep cheering them on long after SPHERES ends.

Who is SPHERES for?
SPHERES is for students in Years 10–12. It’s for young people hungry to see God move in their schools, to grow as leaders, and to share Jesus with their friends. It’s is best experienced in a group, so bring your youth ministry, friends, or classmates, and we encourage youth leaders, chaplains, and teachers to come along too.
What happens at SPHERES?
Over four days, you’ll encounter God in worship, hear powerful teaching, join workshops and electives, and spend time dreaming, planning, and praying about what God wants to do in your school. You’ll also have heaps of fun, connect with new friends, and be part of something bigger than yourself.
Where and when is SPHERES held?
SPHERES takes place on the Gold Coast at King’s Christian College Pimpama, April 13–16, 2026. The program starts Monday afternoon and finishes Thursday afternoon.
How much does it cost?

Do I have to stay on-site?
No. If you’d prefer to head home at night or organise your own off-site stay, the Program + Meals package is for you. But if you want to be fully immersed in the experience, we recommend the Program + Meals + Accommodation package.
Is SPHERES safe?
Yes! SPHERES is fully supervised by the Alpha Youth team alongside registered youth leaders, chaplains, and teachers. We maintain a safe, respectful environment where students can grow, learn, and have fun together. All volunteers have a current Working With Children’s Check. If you have any questions or other concerns, please feel free to contact our team.
Can my youth leader/chaplain/teacher come too?
Absolutely, we want them there! Leaders play a vital role in cheering on students during and after SPHERES. They’ll join the sessions, connect with other leaders, and be equipped to keep encouraging their students when they return home.
What should I bring?
Bring your Bible, notebook, water bottle, clothes for four days (including something for outdoor games and free time), toiletries, bedding/sleeping bag if staying onsite, and plenty of energy! Closer to SPHERES, we will send you a complete list of what to pack.
How do I register?
Registrations are open online. Simply choose your package, fill in the form, and you’re in. Groups can register together.
What if I don't know anyone?
You won’t be alone! Many students come on their own and leave with lifelong friends. SPHERES is all about community—you’ll be placed in a small group where you’ll get to know people quickly.
