Where will the events be held?
Most of the Alpha Australia delegate program will take place in one of the HTB locations. The main Leadership Conference will be held at the Royal Albert Hall.
We will also be conducting several day trips to Central London, Hackney, and Oxford.
More details will be available closer to the trip.
Who else is coming along on the trip?
We are expecting many pastors and leaders from all across Australia representing different denominations joining us in London.
Will we have time to connect with people from other churches?
Absolutely! We have intentionally set aside time everyday for you to connect with pastors and leaders from all over the world.
Will there be time for sightseeing?
Yes, there will be pockets of time in the program for you to explore the city. We will also be sharing a list of recommended things to see and do whilst in London – stay tuned for that!
Will we be sitting together as a group?
Yes! We will be seated together as a group throughout the Leadership Conference at the Royal Albert Hall.
What are some of the expected costs for meals and transport?
- The average cost of a meal at a restaurant will be between £15 to £25
- Public transport: £10 per day
- Activities and entertainment: £15 to £30 per day
Where will the Alpha team be staying in London?
Most of the Alpha team will be staying in the Copthorne Tara Hotel Kensington.
I purchased the main conference tickets directly from the Alpha Leadership Conference website. Can I request to be seated with or close to the rest of the Australian delegation?
Yes, please email leadershipconference@alpha.org and request to be seated with the Australian delegation.
Can I bring my luggage to the event venues?
For safety reasons, there are no facilities to store luggage at the event venues. We advise not to bring any luggage with you.
Can I get an invoice for my registration?
The registration price does not include tax and as such, no tax invoice will be generated.
